Metric “Breathing Underwater” – The Song of the Week for December 3, 2012

Toronto, Canada-based Metric has released “Breathing Underwater” as the 2nd single off Synthetica, complete with an official video seen above. Interestingly, the single is being released a whopping 7 months after 1st single “Youth Without Youth”. The fact that the video for “Breathing Underwater” is a collection of tour footage alludes to the possibility that the band is busy, busy, busy. They are known for their heavy tour schedule!

“Breathing Underwater” is the band’s 2nd Song of the Week nod here on Music Trajectory. The aforementioned “Youth Without Youth” was the Song of the Week back on June 25, 2012.
